We moved out to California in January and it's been nothing but magic and fun in the sun. Every morning we wake up, walk out our back door, and go for a jog on the beach. It's very common for us to see dolphins, crabs, kit foxes, and the occasional whale. Gin's favorite thing to do is look for sea shells on the beach. Andy is kind enough to go out before she gets on the beach and place several pretty shells for her to find. He's very good at acting excited for her when she finds them. We have boxes (AND BOXES) of sea shells that Gin won't let Andy throw out. We've gotten rid of most of our food storage to make room for Gin's sea shell boxes.
This picture was actually taken at Point Loma in San Diego.
On a more serious note: We both feel like we've learned a lot since we came out here. We've been faced with many opportunities for learning and growth in our schooling, jobs, church, and social settings. As we look back over our time here, we can see how much we've grown and how much fun we've had. We've become closer as husband and wife and enjoy nothing more than spending time together. We do, however, miss our families tremendously and think of them often.

Take pics of all your sea shells and upload them. You'll be able to enjoy them forever without using up the space, and at the same time, you can start your food storage program. Have you ever caught a hermit crab? They're cool little buggers.
